Ryan O'Dea

Ryan O'Dea possesses extensive experience in business development and account management, having held various roles at Zendesk from 2017 to 2025, where responsibilities included managing a $3.2 million portfolio and overseeing over 300 customer accounts. Prior to this, Ryan led a team at IDG Direct, focusing on high-quality lead generation for the US market, and began a career in education as an English and Social Studies teacher at SABIS Educational Systems, Inc. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Information and Library Management from Dublin Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. Currently, Ryan serves as a Library Assistant at Sligo County Council since October 2025.
