Maïlys le Chêne

Maïlys Le Chêne, CIPP/E, currently serves as Legal Counsel and Deputy DPO at SlimPay, a Trustly Company, since September 2020, where responsibilities include GDPR governance, advising C-level executives, overseeing product functionalities, and negotiating Data Processing Agreements. Maïlys also leads training sessions and manages legal aspects of strategic cross-team projects, including AI product launches and DORA compliance. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Counsel and Intern at SlimPay, Data Administrator at GROUPE M6, and various internships where contract negotiation and drafting were core responsibilities. Maïlys holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property and Digital Law and has completed preparatory classes and undergraduate studies in law.
