Hayley Hopper

Hayley Hopper is an experienced Senior Solutions Architect and Technical Project Manager at Slingshot Aerospace since September 2022. Previously, Hayley worked at BAE Systems from July 2016 to September 2022, holding various roles including Systems Engineering Manager, Supervisor II, and Senior Systems Engineer. Hayley is a 2020 graduate of the Engineering Leadership Development Program, serving as Deputy ELDP Manager and leading machine learning and cloud communities of practice. Earlier in the career, Hayley completed internships at BAE Systems and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Tufts University while earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. Hayley also holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from USC and professional certificates in User Experience (UX) Design and Architecture and Systems Engineering.
