Erica Ignatovich

Erica Ignatovich has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Erica began their career as a Server's Assistant at The Lodge at Woodloch, where they assisted the server, cleared tables, and maintained cleanliness. Erica then worked as a Group Sales Associate at Montage Mountain Resorts, handling front-end operations and assisting with customer service. Erica also served as an Assistant Band Director at Scranton High School, contributing to the school's band program. Erica gained experience as a Lead Sales Representative at Dollar General, where they managed the store in the absence of higher-level managers and performed cashier duties. Erica worked as a Barista and Kitchen staff at Pour Favor Coffee Shop, specializing in making quality coffee and food. Erica was a Supervisor at Sodexo, responsible for maintaining an efficient flow during meal service periods, resolving staff or guest issues, and assisting with safety training records and document creation. Prior to that, they were a Social Media Tech at Omni Box Studios LLC, overseeing social media accounts, scheduled posting, and stream clipping for streamers. Erica worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Pomeroy, providing technical support to Mac and Android users, while contracted to C3i Solutions. Erica continued in a similar role as a Help Desk Analyst Level 1 at C3i Solutions. Currently, Erica is working at Slipstream IT as an End User Support Specialist Level 1, providing technical support to end users.

Erica Ignatovich has a diverse education history. Erica began their educational journey by obtaining a High School Diploma in High School from Bishop Hoban High School in 2006. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Music Education with a specialization in Trumpet at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2008.

Erica furthered their studies by attending Luzerne County Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associates Degree in Music Recording and Technology. Additionally, they pursued further education at the same institution, earning another Associate's degree in Business Management and Technology from 2016 to 2018.

Furthermore, Erica Ignatovich expanded their educational background by obtaining another Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Luzerne County Community College, where they studied from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their degrees, Erica Ignatovich obtained a Certification in Microsoft Excel 2016 Introductory from Pearson in October 2016.
