Pedro Bracero

Pedro Bracero has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Pedro is currently working as an IT Support Engineer at Slipstream IT since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of an IT Support Specialist at LogMeIn from January 2016 to May 2020. Before that, they worked as a Helpdesk Support L2 at GDR Group, Inc. from February 2014 to January 2016. Pedro also served as a Network Analyst at CompuCom from March 2009 to May 2013. Their earliest work experience was as a Help Desk Technician at 7 Day Computer Care from February 2006 to January 2009, where they provided system administration, desktop and laptop support, troubleshooting, and software support.

Pedro Bracero obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Information Technology from Heald College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
