People Operations Manager at Slite

Keysa Yánez has held various roles in Human Resources and Customer Service since 2008. Keysa began their career as a Senior Customer Service Officer at the British Council, where they mentored and trained Customer Service Assistants and undertook higher level back office duties. In 2010, they were an HR/Human Resources Intern at Universidad Simón Bolívar, where they audited processes regarding new staff, transitions, promotions, and payments. From 2014 to 2018, Keysa worked at Typeform.com, first as a People Operations/HR Specialist, then as a Human Resources Generalist/HRBP, and finally as a Senior Customer Advocate. In 2018, they moved to Holaluz.com as a People Operations Lead, managing the operations area of HR and successfully implementing company-wide policies, tools, initiatives, benefits, and HR-specific workflows and processes. Currently, Keysa is the People Operations Manager at Slite.

Keysa Yánez obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from EU Business School in 2014, majoring in Business Administration and Management. Keysa also attained an Associate's degree from Colegio Universitario de Caracas CUC in 2010, majoring in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Additionally, Yánez has obtained several certifications, including a Verified International Academic Qualifications - HR Management Diploma (3 years) from World Education Services (WES) in 2019, an IELTS General Training 8.5 from IELTS Official in 2019, an Introduction to Psychology from University of Toronto in 2013, and an ICS Professional Communication Award from The Institute of Customer Service in 2012.
