Rene Oswaldo Garcia Gomez began their career in 2014 as the Founder and Developer of Queix, LLC, where they designed and developed various systems and game-play mechanics using C# and Unity, as well as handled business related tasks such as setting up the company, contacting and communicating with lawyers, bankers, and contract workers. In 2015, they co-founded E-centric LLC and took on the same responsibilities. In 2016, they worked as a Unity Developer for Midverse Studios, Inc. where they developed games using Unity and performed tasks such as porting and deploying Penny Dreadful Demimonde to Facebook (WebGL), migrating both games off of Parse and onto Heroku/Google App Engine, and other various game mechanics (server-side/client-side communication using REST and JSON, trading system, friends lists). Rene Oswaldo also worked as a Unity Software Engineer at SLIVER.tv that same year. Finally, they have been a Backend Engineer at Theta Labs, Inc. since 2017.

Rene Oswaldo Garcia Gomez received their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Science from Foothill College between 2008 and 2011. Rene Oswaldo then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Games and Programming Skills from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2011 and 2014.
