Marty Marcichow has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Marty began their career at Rego Co. in 1978, where they served as the Manager of Materials Engineering. In this role, they supervised a team responsible for testing and specifying materials and processes, as well as troubleshooting design and quality control issues. From 1983 to 1984, Marty worked at ALNOR INSTRUMENT CO., where they held the position of Senior Design Engineer. During this time, they focused on cost and weight reductions for handheld instruments and oversaw the construction of a wind tunnel. Marty then joined Milwaukee Faucets in 1984 as the Product Development Manager. In this role, they managed a group responsible for various product design, engineering, and quality control activities. Marty also spearheaded the development of new faucet designs, implemented quality programs, and established in-house CAD capabilities. Most recently, Marty has been the Director of Engineering at Sloan Valve Company since 1993.
Marty Marcichow obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1969 to 1974.
