Jim Clark, MBA has extensive experience in the automotive industry and financial management. Jim started their career at PNC Bank in 1980 as Vice President and Manager of the Dealer Finance Department. In this role, Jim was responsible for managing a specialized commercial lending unit, overseeing a portfolio of 100 clients with $350 million in loan balances. Their duties included directing the commercial credit review process, developing and approving new business, maintaining the existing loan portfolio, and managing and evaluating officer-level personnel.
In 1992, Jim joined Sloane Automotive Group as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Jim had overall responsibility for the financial management and daily operations of the company, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Jim supervised a team that included a Sales Director, Fixed Operations Director, Corporate Controller, IT Director, Advertising Director, and 6 General Managers. The Sloane Automotive Group consisted of 3 Toyota dealerships, 1 Honda dealership, 1 BMW dealership, 1 Audi dealership, and 1 Porsche dealership.

Jim Clark, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from La Salle University between 1982 and 1985. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 1976 to 1980. Additionally, in 1992, they attended the NADA Dealer Academy to study Dealership Operations. Jim Clark's education journey began at Cardinal Dougherty High School, where they pursued Business/Commerce, General from 1972 to 1976.
