Fred McCallum

Fred McCallum is Vice President, Client Partnerships at Slone Partners. An accomplished executive search professional with more than 20 years of experience and specialization in the life sciences space, Fred has overseen all aspects of client development, client management, and search execution strategy.

Throughout his career, Fred has served as an external recruiting business partner with global stakeholders and executive teams covering all functional areas within R&D, clinical, corporate positions, and through the commercial product value chain. He has deep experience with Director to Vice President level candidate development and recruitment up through C-Suite and Board of Director appointments.

Fred most recently served as Chief Sales Officer at OnPoint Facility Services, a national facility management company, where he was a member of the founding executive team integral to the design and execution of the business model and strategy. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2019, Fred served as Senior Vice President of Bench International, a life sciences and healthcare executive search firm, where he was a member of the executive leadership team tasked with driving expansion of the company’s brand and client portfolio on the East Coast. Earlier in his career, Fred served as Vice President of a boutique life sciences retained executive search firm, and began his search experience in the mid 90s with a firm focused in the accounting and finance functional areas. His initial professional role was in accounting as an external auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouseCoopers).

Fred holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
