Samantha Wills has extensive experience in revenue management within local government, currently serving as the Head of Revenues at Slough Borough Council since September 2025. Prior to this role, Samantha Wills held various positions at Reading Borough Council from 2004 to September 2025, including Revenues & Benefits Manager and Revenues and System Control Manager. Education was completed at The Holt in Wokingham from 1994 to 2000.
