Miroslav Mrzula

Miroslav Mrzula currently serves as the Head of MOL Group Polyol Product Development and Technical Service since September 2023, following a prominent role as the Slovnaft R&D Head since June 2021, focusing on product development in refining and sustainable technologies. Previous experiences include serving as the Refining R&D Head at MOL Group, where responsibility encompassed the mid and long-term development of refining products across multiple countries, and roles in product stewardship and production analysis. Miroslav's career began at Slovnaft as a Refinery Scheduler and Product Development Engineer, contributing to the optimization of production processes and product quality. Miroslav holds a Master's degree in Organic Technology and Petrochemistry and a degree in Hydrocarbon Technology Development Engineering from Veszprémi Egyetem.
