Eduardo Zamanillo

Eduardo Zamanillo, BSc. MBA, is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in business development and strategic investments within the mining sector. Currently serving as Principal Mining Engineer at SLR Consulting since 2022, Eduardo leads due diligence and feasibility assessments for global investors across multiple continents. Prior positions include General Manager and CEO at nGen-ko Resources, where leadership was provided for key projects in Chile, and advising roles at Grupo BAL on copper asset investments. Eduardo has also contributed to business development at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., and held significant positions at BHP and ExxonMobil, focusing on long-term planning and investment strategies in major mining operations. Eduardo holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
