Paul Hampton

Paul Hampton is a highly experienced metallurgist and project manager with a career spanning several decades in the mining and minerals processing industry. Currently serving as Senior Principal Metallurgist at SLR Consulting since June 2019, Paul specializes in mining advisory work, including due diligence and technical report preparation. Prior roles include Principal at KSN Mineral Process Associates, LLC, and Vice President of Project Management at Potash Ridge Corporation, where Paul managed the technical aspects of the Blawn Mountain Project. Paul has also held significant positions at Outotec (USA) Inc., Washington Group International, and SNC-Lavalin, contributing to various mineral processing projects through engineering studies, project management, and metallurgical testing. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Southern Illinois University.
