Justine Phan

Justine Phan is a Cost Manager at SLS Consultants since January 2023, where responsibilities include cost control on an 80MW Data Center project, developing cost management processes, managing change and risk, and creating financial projections. Prior to this role, Justine served as a Preconstruction Estimator at McCownGordon Construction, providing pre-construction services and collaborating with the team to secure bids. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Engineer at HENSEL PHELPS on a $126 million cruise terminal project, and as a Preconstruction Intern at The Beck Group for an $80 million hotel renovation. Justine also interned in asset management at ACORE Capital, contributing to the management of a $13 billion portfolio, and began a career in the industry as a Camp Counselor at Sky Ranch. Justine holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science and a minor in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, and previously attended Texas A&M University for Architecture studies.
