Heather Roberts

Heather Roberts is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and management. Currently serving as an Engineering Technician and Field Office Manager at SM Energy Company since May 2014, Heather has demonstrated expertise in technical roles. Prior to this, Heather worked at Chevron from October 2011 to May 2014 as a Learning and Development Operations Assistant, where responsibilities included coordinating training events and managing various administrative functions for the Midland Training Center. Heather's career began at Midland College, where from June 1997 to October 2011, duties encompassed student account management, financial reconciliations, and facilitating student inquiries. Heather holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Management Information Systems from Midland College.
