Gopalan Ramaiya

An alumnus of IIT Chennai, Gopalan Ramaiya has had a long and rewarding career spanning four decades, both in private and public sector organizations. He played a pivotal role in driving the joint venture between the Kirloskars and the Toyota group. After successfully managing various assignments, his last position was as a member of the Board of Directors in the Kirloskar Group Company. In his capacity as an advisor to NetServ over the last six years, he has been instrumental in steering organizational transformation initiatives, strategic planning and business excellence. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys reading management books in his free time. A practitioner of the Lean philosophy, he is passionate about mentoring young minds and developing managers of the future.
