Eva Kreiker

Eva Kreiker currently serves as the SVP Global HR and Head of Global HR Business Partnering at SMA Solar, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Eva was the Lead of HR Business Partner for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at KWS Group from March 2021 to August 2023. Eva's experience includes several key positions at K+S Gruppe, including Director of the Center of Excellence for Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, Director of Global HR Leadership & Development, and Senior Manager of Corporate HR Strategy from September 2012 to February 2021. Earlier in Eva's career, roles included Training Specialist at Retail Operating Company (ExxonMobil) for a year in 2010 and HR Generalist at Victor's Unternehmensgruppe from 2007 to 2010. Eva holds a Diplom in Psychology from RWTH Aachen University and a Vordiplom in Psychology from The Philipp University of Marburg.
