Antonio Aguilar

Antonio Aguilar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Antonio currently holds the role of Northern/Central Valley California Outreach Manager at Small Business Majority since 2023. Prior to this, Antonio worked at the Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (Fresno EOC) where they served as an Organizational Culture Manager from April 2022 to March 2023. Antonio also worked as a Program Coordinator from September 2021 to April 2022, supporting monitoring and evaluation activities for Fresno EOC's programs. Before that, Antonio held the position of Training and Development Coordinator at Fresno EOC from September 2019 to November 2021. Antonio has experience in HR as well, having worked as an HR Generalist - Recruiter at Esperanza Therapy Services from March 2018 to August 2019. Antonio's early career includes serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Eminence Healthcare Inc. from November 2011 to March 2018, providing counseling to high school students and working as an outreach coordinator and EMR system specialist. Lastly, Antonio worked as an Education Tutor at the California Teaching Fellows Foundation from September 2009 to November 2011.
