Shane Gilman has extensive experience in the mining industry, having held various positions over more than a decade. Currently serving as an underground miner at Small Mine Development, LLC since August 2022, Shane previously worked at Moran Mining & Tunnelling Ltd. as both an Alimak Raise Leader and Alimak Raise Miner from June 2017 to February 2023 and August 2012 to October 2014, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as a lead miner at Coeur Mining, Inc. from November 2014 to June 2017 and working as an underground miner at Fire River Gold Corp. from October 2010 to July 2012, as well as at New Millennium Mining from July 2009 to September 2010. Shane's career reflects a strong commitment to the mining sector with a focus on underground operations.
