Ferdinand Burgman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ferdinand started their career as an Assembly Operator and Backup Cell Lead at Small Parts, Inc. in 2005. Ferdinand then worked as a Material Handler at the same company from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Ferdinand joined the Indiana Department of Correction as a Correctional Officer, where they supervised and enforced rules in a housing unit. In 2012, they were promoted to Correctional Sergeant, taking on additional responsibilities such as supervising subordinate staff and overseeing hiring and evaluations.

Returning to Small Parts, Inc. in 2015, Ferdinand assumed the role of Materials Manager and Production Scheduler. In this position, they managed materials purchasing, cultivated relationships with suppliers, and scheduled production operations. Ferdinand held this role until 2019.

From 2017 to 2019, Ferdinand also served as an Assistant Account Manager, mainly working with Schneider Electric. Ferdinand'sduties included handling communication with multiple plants, managing data entry and inventory balancing. Ferdinand then transitioned to an Account Manager position from 2019 to 2020, where they primarily coordinated with internal departments and customer service to fulfill customer requirements.

Currently, Ferdinand holds the position of Business Development Manager at Small Parts, Inc. since 2020. In this role, they oversee a wide array of accounts across different industries, pursues growth and partnership development, and addresses critical issues to streamline business interactions.

Furthermore, Ferdinand is set to become the Director of Sales and Marketing at Small Parts, Inc. from January 2023.

Ferdinand Burgman graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Ball State University from 2002 to 2005, studying Philosophy. Ferdinand completed their secondary education at Logansport High School from 1998 to 2002.
