Michael Wolfe

Michael Wolfe is an experienced financial executive with over 15 years of experience in various industries. Michael is currently serving as an independent director on the board of Small Pharma. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer of MINDCURE, a Canadian company focused on developing products and pathways to improve mental health. Michael has also held senior financial positions with Baylin Technologies Inc., a leading global technology company, and Masstech Group Inc., a Canadian company specializing in mass media software solutions. In addition to their corporate experience, Michael has also served as a principal with The CFO Centre Limited, a Canadian company that provides part-time CFO services to small and mid-sized businesses. Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
