Prior to their current role, Pratik worked as the HR Head at Baazi Games and as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Zimyo. Pratik also has experience as a Human Capital Strategist at The Brew and as the HR Head at Collabera. Pratik's expertise lies in enhancing organizational performance, implementing strategic HR solutions, and driving employee engagement. Pratik holds a background in organizational design, development, and effectiveness, and has a track record of transforming workplaces into high-performance environments. Pratik began their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Gen Y Enabler and Human Capital Generalist, with a focus on organizational design and change management. Pratik also has experience as the CFO and Chief Consultant at Management Paradise, where they optimized the operational model and monetization for the business.
