Chris Arnold

Chris Arnold's work experience includes founding Smaller Earth in 1999, a cultural exchange company focused on providing personal development opportunities and positively impacting communities worldwide. Chris also co-founded Heroic Books in 2020, a traditional publisher for fantasy and sci-fi authors. In 2012, Chris founded World Merit, a social enterprise aimed at harnessing the energy of young global citizens to create remarkable change. Additionally, they founded Camp Leaders in 1999, which is now a market leader in providing international staff for American summer camps. Chris has also served as a trustee for the Merseyside Youth Support Trust from 2014 to 2015.

Chris Arnold attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying.
