Shelli Grons has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Shelli Grons began their career at IDEX Corporation as an HR Generalist from September 1999 to July 2007. In 2007, they joined Smalley Steel Ring Co as an HR Manager, where they held this position until February 2012. From March 2012 to November 2014, Shelli was promoted to Director of Human Resources at Smalley Steel Ring Co. Finally, they were appointed Vice President of Human Resources at Smalley Steel Ring Co in December 2014, where they lead a cohesive team and provides strategic direction in support of organizational goals and development.

Shelli Grons SHRM-CP, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Additionally, they have obtained a certification called "SHRM Executive Network Membership" from SHRM Executive Network in December 2022.
