Andrew Carroll

Andrew Carroll has worked in the industry since 2007, starting with Astrium as a Principle AIT Engineer, providing manufacturing engineering support to the production of satellite propulsion systems. In 2012, they began working at Airbus as the Head of Industrial Systems, responsible for the evolution of the industrial systems within the manufacturing footprint of the Broughton plant. Andrew then took on the role of Head of Manufacturing Engineering for Operations, responsible for all manufacturing engineering deliverables linked to production areas. Andrew then moved on to become Head of A350 Manufacturing Engineering, Head of ME Integration and Projects, Head of Operations Long Range Equipping, and Head of AIT Engineering. In 2020, they joined SmallSpark Space Systems as a Non Executive Director, and in 2021 they began working at Rotork as a Manufacturing Systems Manager, working on the Microsoft D365 ERP program as the global operations and manufacturing engineering subject matter expert. Andrew is currently working at Syndi Health as an Operations Lead.

Andrew Carroll attended The Open University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the field of MBA. Prior to that, they attended the University of Hertfordshire from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Manufacturing Engineering.
