Nathalie Leblanc

Nathalie Leblanc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digitalization and project management within the healthcare and pension sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Digitalization at Smals since May 2013, Nathalie oversees applications for General Services impacting 80,000 healthcare providers and organizations. Nathalie has held positions such as Pension ICT Coordinator and Project Management Officer at the Federal Pension Department of Belgium, where responsibilities included managing budgets, recruitment, and the establishment of a decentralized agile PMO. Prior to Smals, Nathalie worked at Thomson Reuters from 1999 to 2013 as the Lead Product Owner for Wealth and Credit applications, and previously as an IT Business Analyst at Royale Belge - Axa. Nathalie holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management Science from Université catholique de Louvain and additional qualifications in IT and Economics from KU Leuven and Lund University.
