Bengi Peltekoglu

Bengi Peltekoglu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bengi is currently working at Smalt as the Head of HR, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Getir as the Interim Head of HR in 2021, where they successfully managed urgent and unexpected situations, developed and implemented HR policies, and ensured alignment with company culture and objectives. From 2018 to 2021, Bengi worked at Solvemate as an HR Manager. Before that, they were a Consultant at Accenture from 2015 to 2017, where they worked on-site with a client to analyze business needs and improve operations. Bengi also has experience as an Operations Manager at Alldaywifi in 2014, a Student Assistant at the University of Augsburg from 2013 to 2014, and a Visiting Analyst at WestLB in 2010.

Bengi Peltekoglu attended the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge in 2022-2023. Prior to that, Bengi earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Science from the University of Augsburg. Bengi also holds a dual degree in German ABI-TUR and Turkish High school diploma from Deutsche Schule Istanbul / Alman Lisesi. Furthermore, Bengi obtained the Goethe-Zertifikat C2 Deutsch certification from Goethe-Institut e.V. in 2023.
