Dominik Banik

Dominik Banik is a skilled manufacturing engineer with significant experience in production and process optimization. Currently serving as a Produktionsingenieur at SmarAct GmbH since April 2019, Dominik previously completed a master's thesis on reducing setup times using the SMED principle while working as a Masterand at Kautex Textron. Early career roles include positions as a Produktionsmitarbeiter at AutoVision and Werksstudent at ENERCON, where analysis and improvement of production processes were prominent. Dominik also holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology from Hochschule Emden-Leer, acquired between 2013 and 2019.
