Ray Mutch

Ray Mutch's work experience begins in 2014 at Energy Action, where they served as a Senior Mechanical and Energy Consultant. In 2015, they joined Grosvenor Engineering Group as a Project Team Leader. In 2017, they moved to BUENO Systems and held roles as an Engineering Team Lead and later as the Head of Research and Development until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Ray worked at Smardt, Inc. as a Research and Development Team Lead and then as the Global Head of Control Software. Currently, they are employed at ISS A/S as the National Technical Manager (HVAC&R - Hydraulics) for Technical Products and Performance Pacific.

Ray Mutch's education history includes a Master's of Creativity Session in Parallel Prototyping Experimentation from the Hasso Plattner Institute in 2021. In 2020, they attended the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, where they studied Creative Leadership and earned a degree in Future of Doing. From 2013 to 2015, Ray obtained a NEBB Certified Professional - TAB certification from the National Environmental Balancing Bureau, specializing in Testing and Balancing. In 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Post Graduate in Energy Efficient HVAC Design at AIRAH, focusing on HVAC Design. In 2004, Ray graduated from RMIT University with an Advanced Diploma in Refrigeration Science, specializing in Industrial Refrigeration. In the same period, they also completed a Mechanical Trade - Refrigeration program, specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician (HVACR). Finally, from 2001 to 2004, Ray earned an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering from Melbourne Polytechnic.
