Brian Hauf

Brian Hauf has over 30 years of experience working in various roles in customer success, marketing, and management. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Customer Success at Smarking Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Customer Success at TalentGuard from 2019 to 2021. Brian also held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Onit from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, Brian has worked at Blackbaud, Convio, and Dell, where they held leadership positions in customer success and marketing. Brian began their career as an Associate at McKinsey & Company and later worked as an Analyst. Brian has a strong background in customer success, marketing, and management roles, making him well-equipped for their current position at Smarking Inc.

Brian Hauf has an MBA degree in General Management with a Finance Emphasis from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Brian also holds a BBA degree from the University of Iowa, where they studied Management Science as their major and Computer Science as their minor.
