Rick Lim has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick began their career as an Outside Sales Representative at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where they consistently exceeded sales quotas and achieved high customer satisfaction rates. Rick then moved on to roles at MedRisk, where they served as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Patient Advocate, handling customer communications and providing support. Following that, Rick joined Almstead Tree, Shrub & Lawn Care Company as a Plant Health Care Manager, overseeing service routes and managing client communications for major projects. Rick later transitioned to the role of Sales Development Representative at Pollfish, where they exceeded sales quotas and secured meetings with large enterprises. Rick continued their sales career at SaleCycle as a Business Development Representative, consulting with eCommerce executives and consistently surpassing monthly quotas. Most recently, they have been working at Smarsh, first as a Strategic Accounts Sales Development Representative and then as a Senior Coordinator, Global Enterprise Accounts. In these roles, Rick drove client introductions and exceeded meeting quotas. Rick is currently serving as the Sales Development Lead at Smarsh.
Rick Lim earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sport Management from Drexel University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Science at Boston University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification as an Outreach Admin Specialist from Outreach in 2021.
