Santosh Shanbhag

Santosh Shanbhag has over 25 years of work experience in product management and leadership roles. Santosh started their career in 1995 as a Product Line Manager at BMC Software and then moved on to work as a Senior Architect at Brocade Communications from 2001 to 2004. Santosh then joined Blue Coat Systems, which was later acquired by Symantec, where they served as a Principal Architect from 2004 to 2006. Santosh then joined HP Autonomy as a Director of Product Management, where they worked for six years until 2012. After that, they joined Dell EMC as a Director of Product Management from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they went on to become the Vice President of Product Management at PivotMail before joining Barracuda as the Chief of Staff for Product Strategy in 2015. Lastly, they are currently working at Smarsh as the Executive Vice President of Product Management for the Enterprise Business Unit, a position they have held since April 2021.
