Daniel Kitonga

Daniel Kitonga is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including ICT, microfinance, hospitality, and NGOs. Currently serving as a Human Resource Shared Services specialist at Smart Applications International Ltd since February 2024, Daniel previously held roles as a Human Resource Business Partner at Rafiki Microfinance Bank from October 2021 to March 2024, and as Payroll & HR Operations at Park Inn by Radisson for several months in 2021. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at One Acre Fund, where responsibilities included HRIS management and compensation and benefits administration between November 2017 and March 2021, and a role as Human Resource Officer at AjoobaTech Consultancy Ltd from June 2016 to November 2017. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Kenyatta University.
