Mary Murigah

Mary Murigah is the current Human Resources Director at Smart Applications International. Prior to this, they were with Smart Applications Group Ltd., SHeRose Nonpareil, and Capital Group Ltd., where they served as Head of HR & Finance. Mary has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and finance, and is an expert in strategy formulation, financial planning, negotiations, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, creative benefits, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring.

Mary has a business administration degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff in finance. Mary also has a higher diploma in HR from the Institute of Human Resource Management. Mary has an MBA in HR and strategy from the University of Nairobi. Mary also has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff in finance. Mary is certified as a human resource specialist from the Institute Of Human Resource Management.

Mary Murigah works with Collins Ngeno - Group Technology Director, Grace Gathuri - Customer Experience Manager, and Gladys Njogu - Finance Manager. Their manager is Harrison Muiru, Group Managing Director.
