Australia has a popular au pair exchange program and a pro-active national au pair association called CAPAA, of which Smart Au Pairs is a founding member. As a CAPAA member, all host families are screened and prepared for their hosting experience and the Smart Au pairs team checks in frequently to ensure all is running smoothly.

Au Pair Orientation and Meet-ups 

When the au pairs arrive in their host family, they are invited to attend our au pair meet-up. The au pair orientation covers all components for a successful and fun start to the au pair in Australia Program and helps with settling in and finding friends nearby. We have regular catch ups in all major cities.
