Gautham Pai

Gautham Pai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and education. As the Founder of Jnaapti since April 2011, Gautham has aimed to transform the education system and corporate learning environments, developing effective coaching and training processes for various organizations. Gautham has also served as an Executive Advisor for technology and learning behavior at CodeVerse and Smart Audit since late 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Engineer at Semgel Technologies, where Gautham was instrumental in establishing engineering infrastructure, and as Senior Software Engineer at Ugenie, contributing to notable projects like the weRead application. Earlier positions include roles at IBM India Software Lab, where Gautham focused on WebSphere product development. Gautham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, completed in 2005.
