Ratha Chan

Ratha Chan has extensive experience in network rollout and project management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Network Rollout Manager at Smart Axiata since June 2016, Ratha Chan oversees all aspects of rollout activities, ensuring timely deployment and effective resource management. Prior roles include Project & Regional Manager at Beeline Cambodia from March 2009 to May 2016, where Ratha Chan was responsible for managing GSM network rollouts, and Project Manager at Huawei Technologies from December 2007 to February 2009, focusing on project planning and implementation quality. Earlier career experiences at CamGSM Company Limited and Mfone Co., Ltd. involved operational maintenance engineering. Ratha Chan holds a Master's degree in General Management from Build Bright University, a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering from Norton University, and a Diploma in Electrical and Energy Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
