Brock Miles

Brock joined Smart Choice in February 2021. Prior to that, he worked at IBM managing a team of attorneys and contract specialists focused on IT Service Outsourcing agreements with Fortune 500 clients.

He works out of the Raleigh office and oversees Smart Choice’s Legal and Compliance Department. Several of the many things this covers are carrier agreements, agent agreements and disputes, agent licensing compliance, TM agreements, acquisitions and acquisition defense and many project-based initiatives.
