Doug Witcher, founder, has been Chairman and CEO of the Smart Choice® Agents Program since its inception. Launched in 1994, Smart Choice was established to help independent agents access better markets and establish solid relationships with some of the top insurance carriers in the nation. Doug has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, and most recently, launched Smart Choice® Insurance Centers, designed to give independent agents brand name awareness in their communities as well as marketing and sales tools.
