Kwthaman Mahadevan

Kwthaman Mahadevan has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they completed an internship at Schaeffler AG in the Industrial Engineering & Project Management Office. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Managing Director of Project Management at FutureING UG, where they also held positions as the Head of E-Mobility and Project Leader. Kwthaman worked on various projects, including conducting quantitative market analysis of electromobility and organizing a competition in cooperation with BEST Erlangen e. V. In 2018, they were involved in business development at ZOLLHOF - Tech Incubator and worked as the Head of Operation Management and later as the Head of Business Development at Smart City System Parking Solutions GmbH. Currently, Kwthaman is working as a B2B Sales Trainer, starting in 2022.

Kwthaman Mahadevan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Production Engineering and Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg between 2011 and 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Project Management in Systems Engineering from the same institution from 2016 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired a Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in April 2017 and an English for Business Certificate (LCCI) from LCCI International Qualifications in June 2007.
