Carlos Palenzuela

Carlos Palenzuela, PE, currently serves as the V.P. of Technology Services at Smart City Telecom, where since August 2007, leadership is provided to a multi-disciplined workforce with technical, financial, and service level accountabilities. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at EMBARQ as a District Manager from August 1986 to July 2007, overseeing a large workforce in the Winter Garden and Winter Park Districts, and handling maintenance and installation for various telecommunications services. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, earned between 1983 and 1986.
