Jonathan Sullivan

Jonathan Sullivan is an experienced IT and telecom professional with a comprehensive background in management and technical services. Currently serving as Manager of IT / Voice Managed Services at Smart City Telecom since October 2019, Jonathan specializes in deploying Hosted Voice Services through collaboration across departments. As Co-Founder and CEO of Refresh Telecom from May 2013 to October 2019, Jonathan managed internal and external IT and telecom processes, developed a custom PHP customer management system, and focused on team recruitment and training. Prior roles include Director of Refresh Telecom Operations at A1 Assets, Dispatch Network Technician at Refresh Computers & Electronics, and Computer Support Specialist at Neteffects Technologies. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Network and Communications Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Network & Communications Management from DeVry University.
