Scott Holte has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Scott served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Smart Communications: Corrections, Simplified, where they contributed to the continuous innovation and advancement of correctional technologies. Prior to this, they worked at Ricoh USA, Inc. as a New Business Development professional, responsible for strategic and enterprise accounts. Scott also held significant positions at HMG, Inc., where they served as the CEO & President and Chief Sales Officer. In this role, they provided cross-functional leadership, evaluated business models, and negotiated agreements to drive company and portfolio performance.
