Noel M. Argamosa

Noel M. Argamosa has over 30 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Noel M. has held various roles in companies such as Smart Communications, Ericsson Telecommunication Phils., Ericsson Telecommunications Phils., VSC Solutions, Ltd. HK, Huawei Technologies, Philippines, CarrierNet Group Financial Inc., Alcatel - Lucent Telecommunications, Nortel Networks, and Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company. Most recently, they served as the Head of Network Energy, Environment, Health & Safety at Smart Communications. Throughout their career, Noel has gained experience in project and programme management, service delivery, acceptance, and product management.

Noel M. Argamosa completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering (BSECE) from Mapúa University from 1983 to 1988. Noel M. then pursued their Master of Science in Electronics and Communication (MSECE) at De La Salle University from 1989 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their high school education in Math and Science at the Technological University of the Philippines from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, Argamosa has obtained various certifications throughout their career, such as "Accredited Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner" from the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment in 2019 and "Electronics Engineer" from the Professional Regulation Commission in 1989. Noel M. has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and IRCA Global, specializing in topics such as web3, sustainability, virtual leadership, and occupational health and safety management, among others.
