Noemi Balbedo-Santos

Noemi Balbedo-Santos is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in international roaming and business development. Currently serving as Category Head for Platforms at Smart Communications, Inc., Noemi oversees the A2P Business, BizlLoad, and Credit Scoring, as well as leading the SMS Business. Past roles include Head of International Roaming at Maxis and Manager of International Roaming and New Business at Smart Communications. Noemi has also held managerial positions at LTEBrain and IP Venture Group, where a focus on project management and client acquisition led to significant profitability improvements. Noemi holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
