Raymund Germinal

Raymund Germinal has extensive experience in consumer services planning and customer experience management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Smart Communications, Inc. since September 2004. Key responsibilities include business demand planning, stakeholder coordination, and product concept review for both prepaid and postpaid services.
