Richmond Santos

Richmond Santos, PMP, is an accomplished Program Manager at Smart Communications, Inc. since September 2017, specializing in Network Build & Implementation and Project Control Management, as well as Network Operations Readiness and Assurance. Richmond holds a Project Management Professional certification obtained in October 2023, with extensive experience in Core Network technologies, NFVI, IMS, and 4G/5G Core optimization. Prior to this, Richmond served in various roles at Ericsson from 1997 to 2017, advancing from Transmission Engineer to Senior Solutions Architect, with a focus on 4G IP Packet Core expertise. Richmond began the professional journey at Eastern Telecoms, gaining foundational experience in network management and engineering, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
