Hitesh Bhindi

Hitesh Bhindi has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Hitesh started their career as a Technical Lead at Oman Information Technology Company and later worked as an Intern at Sun Microsystems. Hitesh then joined Utah State University as a Research Assistant, where they conducted research on negotiation protocols and developed a decision-making module. Bhindi then moved on to IBM, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Team Lead, contributing to the development of core data technology and coordinating offshore development activities. Hitesh also worked at Ricoh | IBM InfoPrint Solutions Company as a Senior Project Manager, leading complex system integration projects. Bhindi joined Thunderhead as a Senior Project Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to customers. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Customer Officer at Smart Communications, where they have held various roles including Director of Professional Services, Vice President of Global Professional Services, and Global Senior Vice President of Professional Services.

Hitesh Bhindi obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Utah State University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and B. M. S. College of Engineering from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Agile University and as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
