Rúben Brochado

Rúben Brochado is a Training Project Manager at Smart Consulting since February 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Webhelp, where positions included Quality & Training Manager and Senior Trainer. Prior to Webhelp, Rúben held the Lead Case Manager title at Sitel and worked as a Product Specialist at KOKET l Love Happens. Rúben’s career also encompasses teaching English at the Universidade Sénior de Amarante and the Agrupamento de Escolas Amadeo de Sousa Cardoso, focusing on language instruction for adults and primary school students. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Teaching English or French as a Second Language and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and Cultures, both from the Universidade do Porto.
